Honey is a sweet, viscous food substance produced by bees and some related insects. 
Bees derive honey through regurgitation , enzymatic activity, and water evaporation from the sugary secretions of plants (floral nectar ) 

Honey is stored in wax structures called honeycombs.
Honey derived its sweetness from the monosaccharides, fructose and glucose, it has almost the same relative sweetness as granulated
sugar. It has attractive chemical properties for baking and a distinctive flavor when used as
a sweetener.

Generally Speaking,  honey is very safe because  of its natural preservative ability and so most micro-organisms cannot grow or survive inside it.

HOW TO RECOGNISE AN ORIGINAL HONEY.
Although there are many ways to identify or recognise original honey but the most popular methods 
are
  • Original honey rolls like a ball on the ground, it doesn't spread because it is a semi-liquid substance (it's viscous) 
  • If you add a little honey on a matches stick and strike it, original honey will catch fire like fuel immediately. 


HOW TO PACKAGE YOUR PRODUCTS FOR SALES 
Your packaging must be attractive  and appealing to get consumers. Make it different from someone selling by the busy or road side. Likewise  presentation of your products will make people to demand for your products everywhere.

2. Labeling (Clearly spell out the functions or  uses of your products

Make sure that it's not honey that was gotten from sugar cane because it's not economical and will probably spoil your market. So you need to do a thorough research survey to get a good supplier. Thenmoney start flowing into your Bank Account.

The best place to sell your market is hospital, Supermarkets, School (Teacher will need it), Churches,Public Places, Offices (Bank Companies etc ) 

USES OF HONEY
1)  FOOD
 The main uses of honey are in cooking , baking, desserts, such as
mel i mató ,as a spread on bread, as an addition to various beverages, such as tea , and as a
sweetener in some commercial beverages.
Honey barbecue and honey mustard are other common flavors used in sauces .

2)  FERMENTATION
Honey is also used to make
mead beer , called "braggot" because it's actively involved in fermentation.

3) WOUNDS AND BURNS
honey contain trace amount of compounds like Hydrogen peroxide and methylglyoxal which has healing properties in skin wounds after surgery and mild(partial thickness) burns .

4.)   COUGHS
The UK Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency recommends "a homemade remedy containing honey and lemon instead of giving drugs like counter cough and common cold medication to children under six years old. and Likewise The World Health Organization also 
recommends honey as a treatment for coughs and sore throats, including for children, stating
that no reason exists to believe it is less effective than a commercial remedy.
